How to allow a contact to be added in multiple Contact Groups?

  1. Go to Admin Setup
  2. Go to Organization
  3. Click on General Settings
  4. Find the setting named “Would you like to allow the same contact in multiple contact groups?”
  5. Switch ON the setting
  6. Click Save

Note: If the setting is switched off, the system will restrict users from adding a contact to more than one Contact Group.
