How to configure Comments when rejecting a Job Requisition?

When a Job Requisition is rejected, a popup will appear for confirmation. Comments is a field in the popup that can be configured to be made mandatory or not with this setting.

  1. Go to Admin Setup
  2. Go to Organization
  3. Click on General Settings
  4. Find the setting named “Make Comments Mandatory while rejecting the Job Requisition.”
  5. Switch ON setting to make it mandatory. Switch OFF to make it non-mandatory
  6. Click Save
