How to integrate Zoom Phone with CEIPAL?
To connect Zoom with CEIPAL ATS, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the profile icon at the top right corner
- Click on View Profile
- Click on User Preferences
- Click on the dropdown field named VoIP Provider
- Select Zoom Phone
- Click on the login icon that appears next to the field
- You will be redirected to Zoom’s login page
8. Enter login credentials
9. You will be requested to “Allow” CEIPAL access to certain information
10. Click on Allow.
