Mr. Suhas Basakhetre is a celebrated name in the industry with an experience of over 25 years in the field of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Owing to his strong background in PR and his liaison with various government authorities, Mr. Basakhetre has successfully represented several organizations before the Labour Commissioner, Regional PF Commissioner, and Regional ESI Director. His drive and enterprising approach have built strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients. Our MD has actively taken part in various leading HR consultancy forums and associations to pave the way for the HR and industrial relations industry. He was a member of the managing committee of ESI, PF and Industrial Law Practitioners Association (EPILPA).As the Convener of the Mumbai Chapter for Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), he conducted various workshops, interactive sessions, and a national conference during the economic downturn. Consequently, he was recognized as the ‘Best Chapter’ among eight Chapters across India.
