How can I create a new Pipeline Status?

To configure the pipeline status:

1. Click on your profile icon
2. Click on Admin Setup 
3. Go to Applicants
4. Click on Pipeline Status 
5. Click Add
6. Enter the name for new Pipeline Status
7. Click Save.
