How can I search and import resumes from Careerbuilder?

To import resumes from Careerbuilder:

1. Click on the four-grid icon on the top right hand corner 
2. Select Advanced Search 
3. Click on the Career Builder tab 
4. Select the job board account and click Enable Session
5. Enter search criteria and hit Search 
6. Select the applicant resumes you want to download 
7. Select Migrate Profile. The system will directly create these applicant profiles in the Applicants module. 
   

Note: Career Builder Resume Search Accounts can be configured at Admin Setup > Job Boards > Resume Search Accounts
