How can I share a job with a bench applicant?

To share a job to the bench applicant from Talent Bench:

1. Select “Talent Bench” from the top navigation menu
2. Search for and select the relevant bench applicant 
3. Select the “Share a Job” icon in the upper right corner 
4. Select the relevant job title and click “share” 
5. Bench applicant will get career portal job link through email
