How can I share hotlist consultants with others in Talent Bench?

To send hotlist consultants:

Select “Talent Bench” from the top navigation menu
Search for the relevant applicants and click the checkbox to the left of the profile listings
Select the paper airplane icon in the upper right corner (“Send Hotlist”)
Select “Add Candidates” and select all relevant candidates
Select the columns to add into the email
Customize greeting, mailing them, signature, and table theme as needed
Add recipients
Click “Send”
