How do I choose which users can access the ‘Users’ setting under Access Management?

  1. Go to Admin Setup
  2. Go to Organization
  3. Click on General Settings
  4.  Find the setting titled “Targets Module”
  5. Select the roles for whom you want to give access to targets
  6. Click Save on the bottom of the page
