How do I place a bench consultant from Talent Bench?

To place a bench consultant:

• Select “Talent Bench” from the top navigation menu
• Search for and select the relevant bench applicant 
• Click the “+” icon to expand the list of associated submissions 
• Select the submission and click on the submission record 
• Click “Add Placement” in the top right corner
• Fill in placement details and click “Save”
