How to Enable the Automatic Triggering of Mail Merge Summary Notification as an Email?

1. Go to Admin Setup
2. Go to Organization
3. Click on General Settings
4. Find the setting named “Send mail merge summary notification”
5. Select whom to send notifications to from the dropdown list
6. Click Save

Note: If no user is selected, email notifications will not be triggered.
