How to enable the creation of Notes from the Comments made while Submission or Tagging?

  1. Go to Admin Setup
  2. Go to Organization
  3. Click on General Settings
  4. Switch ON the setting titled “Create notes from comments while Submission/Tagging”
  5. Click Save on the bottom of the page.
