How to Integrate my Plivo Account with CEIPAL ATS?

Steps to Integrate your Plivo account:

  1.  Click on the profile icon
  2.  Click on Admin Setup
  3.  Go to Integrations
  4.  Select ‘SMS Integrations’
  5.  Find Plivo on the list
  6.  Click on the “Add” option
  7.  Enter the details requested
  8.  Click ‘Save’.
  9.  To assign the provider to users, Click on the “Assign” option
  10.  Click on the profile icon named “Assign Account to Team” under the Actions column
  11.  Choose Team or Users
  12.  Click “Save.”

For Enabling the Account Access for a User:

  1.  Click on the Profile icon
  2.  Select the ‘View Profile’ option
  3.  Go to the ‘User Preferences’ tab. 
  4.  Select Plivo under SMS Provider.
  5.  An icon to log in will appear.
  6.  Click on the icon
  7.  Log in to the portal
