How to Parse a Resume?

Resume Parsing is a CEIPAL feature that is used at different parts of your ATS account – when Adding a New Applicant, when Using the Gmail Plugin to Pull a Profile from an Email, and when Resumes reach your Resume Inbox.

Here’s how you can Parse a Resume to Add a New Applicant:

  1. Open the Applicants module
  2. Click on the “+ New” icon on the top right corner
  3. Select the ‘Parse Resume’ option
  4. Choose the resume file to be parsed (.pdf and .docx files only)
  5. New form for Applicant will open up with many of the key information auto-filled from the resume parsed.
  6. Review all the details, edit them as required
  7. Click on Save.
