How to Raise an Invoice to the Client?

Steps:

  1. Login to your Workforce Account
  2. Click on the ‘Invoices’ module
  3. Click on the + (Create Invoice) icon
  4. Choose among Placement Invoice, Permanent Invoice or Project Invoice
  5. In the “Create Invoice By” field, choose how to raise the invoice – By Client, By Employee, or Manually
  6. Choose Client
  7. Choose Employee(s)
  8. Select the applicable Timesheet date from the right side of the page
  9. Click on Proceed.
