To Send Login Credentials for Workforce Account to an Employee, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Four-Grid icon called ‘Apps’
  2. Click on the ‘User Management’ option
  3. Select the ‘Profiles’ tab
  4. Find the employee for which you want to send the credentials
  5. Click on the Mail icon under the Actions column.
  6. A popup appears requesting confirmation – Choose to Send Welcome Email along with the link or not
  7. Click ‘Enable’ to send the credentials.
