How to Send Reminders to an Applicant for Documents?

  1. Go to the eBoarding module
  2. Find the Applicant from the list/index
  3. Click on the three-dots icon (under the ‘Actions’ column), next to the Applicant’s name.
  4. Click on ‘Send Reminder’
  5. Click on ‘Proceed’ for the confirmation popup that appears.
