How to Share a Job to an Applicant?

This method tells you how to share a job after opening the Job Posting. Steps to follow:

  1. Navigate to the “Job Posting” page
  2. Search for your desired job
  3. Select the job code
  4. Select “Share Job” (under “Global Actions” in the top right-hand corner) 
  5. Enter the email address with which you want to share this job (you can add up to 5 email addresses with a comma separator) 
  6. Select “Share.”

 

Another method is to share a job or multiple jobs from the main index of the Job Posting module. Steps to follow:

  1. Go to the “Job Posting” module 
  2. Select the relevant jobs and click “Send Requirement” (located in the top right-hand corner) 
  3. Fill in the required email fields and specify the recipients 
  4. Click on “Add Positions” to add more jobs to the communication 
  5. Click “Send” to send immediately or “Schedule” to send later

There are other ways you can share a job with an Applicant from CEIPAL ATS too, such as sharing from the Applicant’s profile in the Applicants module, and sharing from the Submissions/Pipeline section of Job Posting/Applicants modules.
