How to Use the AI Matching Feature

Find AI Matching Applicants for a Job Posting:

1. Go to the Job Posting module
2. Click on ‘AI Matching Profiles’ icon, next to the Job Title
3. This will redirect you to the AI Matching page, with the most relevant Applicants fit for the particular Job.
4. You can use the Filter settings on the left side of the page to further filter jobs based on Work Authorization Status, Location, Skills etc.
5. You can also change the weightage you want to give for “Job Title” or “Skills” for the AI Matching
6. View the resume of the candidate from the profile.
7. You can do multiple actions from here like tag or submit the Applicant to the job, share the job, download the resume, etc.

Find AI Matching Jobs for an Applicant:

1. Go to the Applicants module
2. Click on the “AI Matching Jobs” icon next to the Applicant Name
3. This will take you to the AI Matching page, with the most relevant Jobs fit for the particular applicant.
4. You can use the Filter settings on the left side of the page to further filter jobs based on Work Authorization Status, Location, Skills etc.
5. Click on View Job to see the Job requirement details
6. You can do multiple actions from here like tag or submit the Applicant to the job or share the job.
