Understanding a talent bench.

Talent Bench is the talent/consultants that are on the bench/are nearing the end of their contract. Finding talent is tough, which is why building a deep talent bench is quintessential to success.

Submission of a Talent Bench/Consultant :

To Submit a Consultant:

Go to Talent Bench Module > Select the consultant you wish to submit > Click on the Submit option on the top right corner. 

There are 3 different ways of submission of a consultant to the Requirement.

  • Requirement: Where the candidate is submitted directly for an available requirement.
  • Vendor Jobs: Where a consultant can be submitted to the Vendor Jobs
  • Job boards: This submission is where the recruiter applies on Job Boards on behalf of the consultant.

 

Adding a Talent bench candidate or Consultant in CEIPAL:

A consultant can be added by going to the Talent Bench module > Click on New and select from the various options that you want to add the talent bench. The various ways of adding a Talent bench are:

Parse Resume: We can select one resume at a time from the local drive where the fields will be auto-filled.

Create Manually: Where the fields are manually filled and saved as an applicant.

Send link to Consultant: An email address can be added here and the candidate will receive a link where they can add their details and on submitting it, they will be added in the module directly. 

DropBox: Where an applicant can be added via sending the resume to a link.

Box: An applicant can be created by sending the resume through a link.

One Drive – An applicant can be added from the cloud source.

Bulk parsing – A feature where we can select 20 resumes from the local drive to be parsed.
