What happens when candidates apply for your jobs through job boards?

Once the Jobs are shared on Job Boards or the career page, and a Jobseeker applies for that job; then the candidate is updated as a Pipeline under the Job and as an applicant in the applicant’s module.

Understanding Pipeline:

A pipeline is a prospective candidate that has applied (from job boards, social media, email, etc.) for a job requirement/opening.

What’s the use of having Submissions and Pipeline?

Submissions are made by a recruiter, which means that the applicant profile which is submitted has been vetted by a recruiter. A pipeline candidate has applied to the Job requirement/opening from job boards/social media etc. – this candidate has to be vetted by the recruiter. Having this difference helps in identifying the platforms through which more candidates are applying and focus more on those to build a qualified talent pool.
