What is the difference between the “Primary Owner” and “Ownership”?
“Primary Owner” and “Ownership” are two fields filled when creating a new client in CEIPAL ATS.
Primary Owner: The primary owner is the user who brought in the client’s business / created the client.
Ownership: Multiple users can be added in this field so that they receive updates on the client.
