What is the “Request More Details” Option in Applicants module?

Recruiters can “Request More Details” when they need more information or documents from a candidate. This feature, found in the Global Actions/gear icon in an applicant profile, allows you to select the details to be requested and send the candidate an email with a link. The candidate can then directly upload documents, such as an updated resume, to the link. These documents then appear automatically in the ATS; the recruiter does not need to upload/download anything.
