Where can I choose roles that can assign tasks?

  1. Go to Admin Setup
  2. Go to Organization
  3. Click on General Settings
  4.  Find the setting titled “Task Assigners”
  5. Choose the applicable options from All Users and Specific Roles
  6. If you choose ‘Specific Roles’, select roles from the dropdown list that appears.
  7. Click Save on the bottom of the page
