Adding applicants in CEIPAL

There are 7 ways of creating applicants:

  1. Parse Resume – We can select one resume at a time from the local drive where the fields will be auto-filled.
  2. Create manually – Where the fields are manually filled and saved as an applicant.
  3. Dropbox – Where an applicant can be added via sending the resume to a link.
  4. Box – An applicant can be created by sending the resume through a link.
  5. One Drive – An applicant can be added from the cloud source.
  6. Bulk parsing – A feature where we can select 20 resumes from the local drive to be parsed.

Sourcing Applicants

Search Criteria” is a sourcing tab found inside a job posting. It has the following functions

  1. Save – : A search string can be saved for the job posting
  2. Save and Search – A search string can be saved and the system will return resumes from the internal database
  3. Search Job Boards – The system searches in job boards The search criteria defined for each job posting can be saved, hence when multiple recruiters are working on the same requirement, each recruiter needs not enter a search string. Once it’s searched, it is saved and can be reused.
