How can I Choose the Action taken for Profiles from Career Portal or a Job Board?

  1. Go to Admin Setup
  2. Go to Organization
  3. Click on General Settings
  4. Find “Applicants should be displayed under this list when they apply from the Career Portal/Job Boards”
  5. Choose Pipeline from the dropdown list
  6. Click Save on the bottom of the page

If you wish to see the new applicants in the Submissions section of the job, select ‘Submission List’ from the dropdown and click Save.
