How do I Blacklist an Applicants to blacklist?

To blacklist an applicant, follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Applicant module
2. Search and select the applicant whom you want to blacklist 
3. Select the gear icon in the upper right hand corner (called Global Actions) 
4. Select Add to Blacklist
5. Enter the reason and select Blacklist
