How to allow users to submit blacklisted applicants?
Blacklist is an action option for applicants who are found to have behavioral issues etc. By default, users cannot submit ‘blacklisted’ Applicants to any job but this can be changed using this setting.
Steps to configure:
- Go to Admin Setup
- Go to Organization
- Click on General Settings
- Switch on the setting named “Allow Users to Submit Blacklisted Applicants”
- Click Save.
