How to Configure Due Date Reminders for eForms?

When this setting is enabled and configured, the system automatically detects and notifies recipients of an eForm when the due date approaches.

Steps to configure:

  1. Go to Admin Setup
  2. Go to Organization
  3. Click on General Settings
  4. Find the setting section titled “eForm Due Reminder Configuration”
  5. Switch ON setting to enable triggering of due date notifications
  6. Enter the desired number for the field “Default No. of days for Due Date.” This value will be used by the system to auto pick the due date for each initiated eForm. If you enter x, the system will pick the due date as x number of days from the initiation of eForm
  7. Enter the desired value for “Reminder Frequency.” If you enter y, y number of days from the initiation of eForm, the system will send a reminder to the recipient.
  8. Click Save.
