How to Send Bulk Emails to Candidates?

Sending emails is pretty simple in CEIPAL. There are three ways to send bulk emails to Applicants (in the internal database).

First, once you navigate to the Applicants Module, the applicants you want to send out emails can be filtered using the search option. Once the applicants are selected, click on Actions and click Send email.

Second, there’s an option to share a Job through Mail Merge from the Advanced Search portal. There’s no limit on how many times you use the option but only 999 email IDs can be sent a mail merge. You can read more about it here.

The third method is to use Message Center to send a Mass Mail. Applicants must be added to Contact Groups and these groups can be added as the recipients to the mail.
