V Group's Challenges
High Bounce Rate: For ten years, V Group used another ATS, but they had outgrown it; and to make matters worse, it could not prevent recruiter emails to candidates from getting stuck in spam filters. Since most of the recruiter emails were being labeled as spam, they were not being delivered to potential candidates.
Lower Recruiter Productivity: When the recruiters did not get a response from a candidate, they had to follow up via phone—impacting productivity and losing valuable time. During the follow-up calls, recruiters learned that their emails were not getting through to the candidates. V Group knew that they needed an ATS that would solve this problem and improve recruiters’ productivity.

Every staffing firm has different support needs. V Group needed a solution that would support recruiters' daily activities, ensuring that their outreach did not get caught up in the public sector's email filters. V Group needed an ATS with its own email servers.

Improved Productivity and Valuable Business Intelligence
V Group’s Public Sector group went live on Ceipal in 2002. Since going live, V Group’s recruiters have found it much easier to reach quality candidates quickly. In addition, they have used the platform’s BI suite to create customized reports that analyzes the data they need to understand their deployments. V Group is also excited to try Ceipal’s text recruiting feature, TextToHire, to improve candidate engagement.
