I like that we can do almost everything start to finish within Ceipal. Being able to contact them for customer support. Being able to but in requests for new features. Integrations with other companies we use. Creating custom reports for both the whole team and also for individuals. Adding those reports to the dashboard for everyone to see and keep them updated with the statues of candidates. Willingness to integrate with new companies. Having that ability is very useful.
