In the Global VMS PEAK Matrix® 2026, Ceipal was named both a Major Contender and a Star Performer, a distinction reserved for providers showing standout year-over-year improvement. In the North America report, Ceipal was recognized as a Major Contender, and in the EMEA report, as an Aspirant — reflecting our growing vision and capability in that market.
The PEAK Matrix® is Everest Group's independent framework for evaluating VMS providers across two dimensions: market impact, and vision and capability. Providers are assessed on criteria including market adoption, client portfolio diversity, value delivered to clients, product vision and strategy, core technology, differentiating and emerging capabilities, implementation and UX, and commercial model.
