At Ceipal, every release is built around one goal: helping staffing teams work smarter, move faster, and deliver better outcomes for their candidates and clients. This release brings conversational AI automation, deeper recruitment intelligence, smarter VMS controls, and more connected workforce operations across all four products.
Here's everything that's new.
Conversational AI—Candidate Pre-Screening Flow
From job interest to interview scheduling, now fully automated via SMS. Once a candidate is tagged to a job, they receive a smart link, complete AI-powered pre-screening, and can schedule a meeting with a recruiter all without any manual recruiter outreach. Every screening summary is attached directly to the submission record with a clear match classification—Strong, Moderate, or Weak.
Organization and User-Wise Funnel Reports
Turn recruitment activity into decisions and not just data. Two new funnel reports give leadership a complete view of recruitment performance, from Applicants all the way through to Placements at both the organization and individual recruiter level. Spot bottlenecks, track conversion trends, and understand exactly where your pipeline needs attention.
Azure User Import for Referral Employees
Administrators can now import users directly from Azure and automatically create them as Referral Employees in the ATS — eliminating manual record creation and keeping referral data in sync with your organization's Azure directory.
Request Documents from Vendor Contacts
Users can now request required documents directly from Vendor Contacts through the Request More Details feature, making vendor onboarding and information management more organized and easier to track.
User-Level VMS Login Configuration
Administrators can configure individual VMS credentials per user directly from their profile. Submissions are automatically recorded in the VMS portal under the respective recruiter's account, improving ownership, accountability, and visibility across all VMS activity.
New Fields in Voice Agent Interviews Report
The Voice Agent Interviews Report now includes Job ID, Applicant ID, and Email ID, making it faster and easier to search, analyze, and connect interview records with the right job and candidate.
In-House Placement Type for Global Market
Organizations using the Global market type can now use In-house as a placement type — with the option to set it as default so it's automatically selected every time a new placement is created.
Financial Approval Status for Client Records
A new Financial Approval Status field gives teams a clear view of the financial approval stage associated with client records, improving transparency and ensuring the right approvals are in place before moving forward.
Conversational AI—Candidate Pre-Screening Flow
The complete candidate journey is now automated, from job interest to interview scheduling —through a seamless SMS experience, without a single manual touchpoint.
Job Interest Confirmation
The moment a candidate is tagged to a job, they receive a smart link via SMS with full job details and confirm their interest directly from their phone, so your team starts every conversation knowing the candidate is already engaged.
Pay Package Review & Approval
Candidates receive the proposed cost sheet via SMS and can accept or request a recruiter discussion in one step, with every response automatically recorded against the pipeline record.
AI-Powered Pre-Screening
The AI agent screens candidates against configured criteria — including required certifications and licenses and classifies each as Strong, Moderate, or Weak Match. A structured summary is attached directly to the submission record so recruiters have full context before the first conversation.
Mobile Credential Upload
Candidates upload required documents directly from their mobile device the moment they're prompted, with files appearing in the Credential tab in real time, cutting follow-up cycles and keeping verification moving.
Automated Interview Scheduling
Candidates select an available time slot via SMS and a calendar invitation is instantly generated for both parties, so recruiters show up to interviews with a pre-screened, qualified candidate and zero coordination overhead.
Global Job Visibility and Auto-Publish on Candidate Submission
Buyers can now extend job visibility beyond manually published roles using a new admin setting with filters by job created date and client/vendor group. Suppliers can view active jobs in a dedicated Open Jobs view and submit candidates directly — with the job auto-publishing on submission.

Submission Progress—Configurable Duration Filter
The Submission Progress widget now comes with a configurable duration filter: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, and Last Month, giving teams the flexibility to track submission activity across the timeframe that matters most.

Document Expiry Report
The Document Expiry report can now be exported directly to Excel or CSV in a single click, with all active filters, so you always download exactly the records on screen, ready for offline review or reporting.

Auto Invoice Type—Configurable Default Value
A configurable default value for the Auto Invoice Type field ensures every work order and assignment starts with the right invoice type pre-populated, reducing manual selection errors while still allowing adjustments before saving.
GST Configuration for India
Suppliers not registered under GST can now be onboarded without GST information, while all existing tax calculations and e-invoicing workflows remain intact. Applicable GST type, CGST + SGST or IGST, is now derived automatically based on buyer and supplier state.
Automatic Placement Synchronization from Ceipal ATS
Placements created in the ATS now flow into Workforce automatically, including the creation of missing Employee Profiles and Client Records. If mandatory fields are unavailable at sync, placements are created in Draft status and automatically convert to Active once all required information is in place.
Note: Subject to applicable charges.
Additional Currency Support for ATS–Workforce Integration
Workforce now matches the currency configurations set in ATS placements, keeping placement and invoice data accurate across integrated accounts. Additional module support will follow in the next phase.
Automatic Invoice Creation for VMS Timesheets
Approved timesheets from Procurewise now move straight into invoice generation, with no manual intervention needed.
Auto-Import Timesheets from Beeline
Workforce now retrieves timesheets from Beeline VMS automatically, pulling from the last 30 days on initial setup and continuously syncing only new or updated records based on Last Modified Date.
Beeline API Integration for Timesheets
A deeper, event-driven connection with Beeline VMS via Webhook, with auto-mapping of workers and placements, manual mapping for unmatched records, and automatic invoice creation for approved timesheets on Invoice Automation accounts.
