Voice AI Enhancements
We’ve enhanced the Voice AI Interview experience! Recruiters can now choose between mobile calling and browser-based interviews when initiating a Voice AI session. Based on the selected mode, candidates receive tailored instructions, ensuring a flexible, consent-driven process that aligns with your hiring strategy. The browser-based option also eliminates phone costs and is ideal for remote or global hiring. Voice enhancement will go live on Friday, May 30.

Gain flexibility in candidate evaluations by choosing between assessments and live interviews, helping you make more informed hiring decisions.
Copilot in Talent Bench
We’re bringing the power of Copilot to the Talent Bench module. Get intelligent suggestions and workflow automation just like you do in Applicants.

Create reusable job templates tailored for healthcare roles. These templates streamline job creation and ensure consistency across postings.
Employment Tests for Healthcare ATS
Privileged users can now initiate and track employment tests directly from the submission pipeline, mirroring what’s already available in the IT / Engineering ATS.
Automation of PRN Job Placement Workflow
We’ve automated the repetitive steps involved in placing the same candidate across multiple PRN shifts. From cost sheets to approvals, the workflow is now smoother and faster.
Cost Sheet Approval on Behalf of Applicant
Admins (or designated users) can now approve a cost sheet on an applicant’s behalf when they’re unavailable. The system still sends it to the applicant first, but this feature ensures hiring isn't delayed.
Hourly and Weekly Net Margin
Get clearer financial insights with detailed margin breakdowns by hour and week—now viewable directly within each submission record.
