Cost Sheet Revisions

Client-Level Commission Percentages
Define commissions at the client level for full-time jobs, with gross revenue auto-calculated from candidate salaries.

Net Pay Option in Cost Sheets
A new burden category ensures accurate taxable amounts and gross pay calculations across cost sheets and pay packages.

DocCafe Resume Search Integration
Recruiters can now search and access DocCafe resumes directly within Ceipal ATS, speeding up healthcare sourcing.

Cost Sheet Revisions
Create and manage multiple cost sheet versions with full historical tracking, effective dates, approval checks, and reporting.

Bulk Cost Sheet Actions
Send cost sheets to multiple candidates at once, saving recruiters time and improving communication.

VMS Updates

Request Candidate Details

Multiple Pay Rate Options
Buyers can now add multiple pay rates to a job posting, and vendors simply select the right rate when submitting candidates.

ATS–VMS Sync
When buyers update submission statuses or attachments in ATS, they now auto-sync to VMS for seamless collaboration.

Request Candidate Details
Buyers can request extra details for vendor-sourced candidates directly from ATS. Vendors respond in VMS, improving accuracy and saving time.

Candidate Bulk Import
Upload multiple candidate profiles at once via Excel/CSV, with validation and automatic sync to ATS.

Auto-Calculated Placement Fees
Vendor and client placement fees are now automatically calculated from candidate salaries and synced to billing systems.

One-Click Confirmation Migration
Migrate existing confirmations from ATS to VMS with one click. Approval and onboarding workflows now extend to migrated confirmations as well.

Shift Scheduling Report

Update or Separate Purchase Orders in Invoices
Update purchase order numbers after invoices are created, or configure the system to generate separate invoices for each PO.

Client-Level Geofencing
Apply geofences automatically when a work location is selected in a placement, with enhanced satellite and zoom views.

Timesheet Enhancements

  • Email logs for “Remind to Fill Timesheet” notifications
  • Maintain screenshots in audit history when re-importing timesheets from VMS
  • Daily “Scheduled Logins” view to track employee activity and allow employer logins/logouts
