Enhanced GSA Stipend Proration & Holiday Pay Calculations
Pay every clinician accurately for every shift. Ceipal now automatically prorates lodging and M&IE stipends for incomplete shifts and accurately splits pay across midnight-spanning shifts, applying the correct rates on both sides of the day boundary.
Bulk Resume Parsing for Candidate Submission
Recruiters can now upload up to 20 resumes at once, individually, in bulk, or as a folder. A real-time progress bar tracks parsing, and a results summary shows what was saved, skipped, or flagged.

AI-Powered Compliance Validation for Vendor Empanelment & Worker Onboarding
Ceipal's AI automatically evaluates vendor and worker documents at submission, scoring compliance, flagging missing documents by criticality, and surfacing actionable feedback. The final decision always stays with your team.

Candidate Sourcing Visibility & Ownership Tracking
Now using Ceipal VMS, know who sourced a candidate and for how long. Two new fields show which vendor is credited for each candidate and when that sourcing claim expires, keeping vendor attribution accurate and transparent.


Weekend Timesheet Entry Restriction
A simple company-level toggle disables weekend timesheet entries for suppliers and workers, defaulting to zero hours automatically.

Automated Timesheet Deletion Sync—Healthcare ATS and VMS
Deleting a timesheet in Healthcare ATS now automatically removes the corresponding VMS record; no manual cleanup is needed across platforms.
Audit Tracking for Empanelment Template Documents
Empanelment template documents now include full audit tracking across Vendor Empanelment, Worker Onboarding, Amendment, and Offboarding templates.

Pace Biometric Attendance Integration
Ceipal Workforce now syncs punch-in and punch-out data directly from on-premises Pace biometric devices with biometric-based employee configuration, centralized shift templates, and configurable attendance calculation methods. A detailed Attendance Report with drill-down functionality gives your team full visibility into every working hour.

Download Employee Expenses from Agile VMS
Expense records can now be pulled directly from Agile VMS into Workforce, no manual data entry needed.

Purchase Order Reminders
Admins can now configure automated reminders that alert teams when a PO budget is nearing its limit or a PO is about to expire. No more last-minute surprises or overspending.
Enhanced Default Values
Delegation settings for timesheets and expenses, including who can submit on behalf of an employee along with allowable submission periods, can now be pre-configured and will automatically apply during every new profile and placement creation. This will help stop configuring the same settings repeatedly for every new hire.Â
