Shari Hulitt has over 28 years in the Staffing & Recruiting industry serving as an advisor to emerging and established biotech and pharmaceutical companies in meeting their goals of getting new drugs and therapies to patients that need them. Throughout her career, Shari has provided strategic level support, built whole teams, and provided consultative resourcing for the most desired professionals in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently, she leads a team and works on various initiatives that drive growth and process improvement. She is involved with DEI and mentorship programs within her organization.
Over the years, Shari has focused on helping to build organizations with a culture of kindness. A commitment to kindness entails making efforts to ensure people of all backgrounds feel they belong. An effort to be kind helps to override unconscious bias and helps to create a culture in which everyone feels they are equally invested in achieving the organization’s goals.
