I've been a Healthcare Recruiter for 5 years and have used Ceipal for the last 3 years. The understanding of Ceipal is the best. We didn't need any additional training to navigate our work process. It took less than 2 days to get proficient in 75% of its uses. The reporting management may take some time to master but the rest of it is super easy! Apart from this, Ceipal is very easy when it comes to posting new jobs, mail merge, and even uploading bulk resumes. I've used Jobdiva, Bullhorn, and Taleo as well, but Ceipal is the best so far.

As a recruiter, what I like best about Ceipal ATS is how much it simplifies my day-to-day tasks. The resume parsing is quick and accurate, which helps reduce manual data entry. Its integration with job portals almost all portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn makes sourcing candidates seamless. I especially like the AI-powered candidate matching—it gives me a ranked list based on job requirements in percentage which leads us to decide wheather should move with the candidate or not, which saves time in shortlisting. Also, Ceipal's communication features like bulk emailing, SMS, and integrated calling tools help me stay in touch with candidates easily. Overall, it boosts my productivity and helps me close positions faster

I like that we can do almost everything start to finish within Ceipal. Being able to contact them for customer support. Being able to but in requests for new features. Integrations with other companies we use. Creating custom reports for both the whole team and also for individuals. Adding those reports to the dashboard for everyone to see and keep them updated with the statues of candidates. Willingness to integrate with new companies. Having that ability is very useful. Work smarter not harder.

It also makes it easy to find candidates near to job location. Adding resumes to Ceipal is easy. If there are any problems, customer support is 24X7 available. It's also easy to set up and understand, even for new users. At our company, we use it every day for 8 hours. Integration of Ceipal is also easy for every user.
