Hunt for Talent: Can companies Bet on Fresh Talent to Fill 1 Million Open Jobs?

A company is only as good as its employees, so it’s vital that all organizations hire the best possible talent. And that sounds easy, right? In reality, there are some factors at play that make quality talent acquisition today a much different process than in years past.

Our CEO Sameer Penakalapati took the time to unpack some of the new trends in recruiting, revealing the differences generations have brought to this industry.

Read his post to learn how the younger generations are changing the recruiting game.
