On August 16, 2019 CEIPAL had the distinct pleasure of hosting its first-ever recruiting industry symposium, CEIPAL Connect. This invitation-only series of premiere staffing events connecting industry thought leaders through an evening of presentations and networking allows current users to learn more about how CEIPAL can enhance and expand their recruiting workflows and how to get the most functionality out of the platform.
The event drew over 100 attendees, all of whom were decision-makers at staffing companies with annual revenue ranging from $20 million to $100 million. The evening’s theme focused on Artificial Intelligence and its place as a transformative innovation that is driving the future of recruitment. From AI chatbots to AI applicant screening, the industry is poised to reap the benefits of exciting new and emerging technologies—and CEIPAL is leading the way.
Event attendees enjoyed guided presentations on several new CEIPAL features, including the platforms’ robust AI capabilities, Managed Résumé Harvesting, and Public Access File creation. Attendees had the opportunity to speak directly with CEIPAL leaders and representatives to get an insider tour of the platform, as well as a sneak peek at some of the exciting upcoming features.
Additionally, attendees were surveyed about their views on AI and its contribution to the staffing and recruiting landscape. Beyond increasing the speed of finding and matching candidates by an order of magnitude, attendees believe AI-enabled Applicant Tracking Systems will improve the quality of sourced candidates, eliminate human bias in candidate selection, and enable recruiters to provide a better overall candidate experience.
