How do I approve and reject bench consultants who are waiting for my approvals in Talent Bench?

To approve/reject the consultants who are waiting for your approval:

• Select “Talent Bench” from the top navigation menu
• Select the thumbs-up icon in the top right hand corner (“approvals”) 
• View the applicants who are waiting your approval 
• Approve and reject as needed 
• Click on “Approval history” to see applicant approval history
