How do I add a Placement from Job Posting module?

Steps to Add a Placement to a Job Posting:

  1. Open Job Posting module
  2. Find the Job for which a candidate is getting placed.
  3.  Click on “+” icon next to it to view the Submission section
  4.  Select the Applicant to be placed
  5. Click on ‘Add Confirmation’ (this option is available only to profiles submitted to a job)
  6. Review details in the popup that appears
  7. Click ‘Create’
  8. Review Email preview and Click Send
  9. Choose Yes or Cancel when the “Do you want to Initiate Onboarding?” popup appears.
  10. A Confirmation record will be created in the Placements module
  11. Click on the ‘Convert to Placement’ icon, found on the top right corner of the Confirmation record.
  12. Click Yes on the confirmation popup
  13.  Enter Date of Joining and Comments if any, in the next popup that appears.
  14.  Click Save.
